Neo Prime — Election officials from the Ministry of the Interior, provided the final and official results of last weeks Parlimentry elections.

According to Neo Sapien law, elections are held every five years for all seats in Parliment. The political party that recieves the most votes, recieves the honor of naming the Governor General of the Neo Sapien Order. Once again, the Nationalist Party, recieved 70% of the popular vote and retained control of Neo Sapien politics. The Nationalist Party, as expected, re-nominated Phaeton as Governor General, a post he has held since the Nationalist Party took power.

The seventy percent majority vote is slightly down from previous elections of 72%. Nationalist Party spokesperson, Dr. Praetorius, was in good spirits after hearing the results and talking to reporters, "The Nationalist Party continues to serve the Neo Sapien people, as we have said since the beginning. Our party is for the people." Governor General Phaeton, who has been the Neo Sapien head of state for nearly two decades now, also spoke to the press, "I am pleased to see the Neo Sapien people continue to have faith not only in our political system, but in the Nationalist Party. I look forward to serving as Governor General for another term.".
