Pledge Support Against Dominion |

Alpha Prime
The Cimothian Star Empire sent a warning to the Dominion today,
informing them that the CSE would stand with their Kyphian cousins
if the Dominion continued to invade Kyphian space.
In the same message, Element Commander Nori,
the supreme commander of the localized fleet, informed the Kyphian
government that the CSE was extending an offer of military, political,
and humanitarian aid to the highest degree possible. To that end,
reports from Federation monitoring posts along the CSE border
indicate that two Cimothian Frigates have broken off their patrol
routes and are making best speed to the
Hypergate constructed by the Kyphian Military last year. Element Commander
Nori was unavailable for comment, but her office in the Olsea Alpha
532 system confirmed the vessel's destinations as the Maribus System.
The Maribus System was the site of the recent Dominion invasion of
a Kyphian colony-world, and is also home to a joint Kyphian/CSE military
facility. The office of Element Commander Nori informed us that the
vessels are under orders to only protect Cythian and Kyphian interests
in that sector, and are not presently allowed to preemptivly engage
the Dominion fleet."The CSE's,
in particularly the 11th Fleet, position on this matter is that the
Dominion struck the Kyphian people without warning and under the pretense
of friendship. The Anipax invited the Dominion into their space for
diplomatic talks, and this is how the Dominion repays them. We would
not be surprised if, in the future, it is determined that the Dominion
themselves kidnapped the Anipax Chancellor, the event that they say
sparked off their invasion. We respectfully suggest to government's
with diplomatic ties to the Anipax to stand up and voice their support
for that beleagured government", Element Commander Nori's
attache was qouted as saying, "As for ourselves, the current
small-scale movement of troops and resources to the Maribus System
is merely a procautionary gesture"
