Zapania — The government of the Zapaneese Empire has been found after a few weeks of searching on the part of Neo Sapien forces. They are now demanding that Neo Sapien forces pull back in 48 hours, or else.

Lord Zapeta, leader of the Zapaneese Empire, is demanding the Democratic Republic of Zapania leave its space or face the wrath of the Zapaneese fleet. Emperor Zapeta, flanked by top military officials and Fleet Admiral Drekker today sent communication to the newly formed Neo Sapien government and Zapaneese planetary officials saying that the former Zapaneese government was ready to return to work after what they are calling a "fully successful campaign against rebels in the Empire". Emperor Zapeta called for a full Neo Sapien withdrawal, or face the threat of full scale war. He commented "The Neo Sapiens have come to our aid as our treaty states. However, the manner with which they did was nothing short of an invasion. Knowing that our central government was in turmoil, they sent their military to annex Zapania as their own possession." Furthermore, he called the actions of the Neo Sapiens "despicable" and "a full breach of trust between the empires".

The Zapaneese primary war fleet was sighted by local fighter groups and sensor nets near the Wirius system and heading at top speed to Zapania. The Emperor called for his planetary governors and people of all planets to expell the Neo-Sapiens, with force if necessary, if they are not gone within 48 hours. He also called for a full meeting of the Zapaneese Senate, which he plans to address upon arrival on Zapania.

Top level advisors expect that the Emperor will ask the senate to nearly double the defense budget in order to properly fortify the Neo Sapien border against further incursions. The Emperor is also expected to dispatch diplomats to all major factions upon his arrival, in order to solidify relations with their groups. Within hours of the news, rallies broke out on nearly every planet to celebrate the return of the beloved Emperor Zapeta, and the defeat of the rebels that had been tormenting the people and planets of the Empire. Officials from the Neo Sapien Order or D.R.Z. were unavailable for comment, although sources within the Neo Sapien Order expect Governor General Phaeton himself to address the Neo Sapien Order.
