Epsilon Prime — Sources within Starfleet have alerted The Infinite Beyond to an attack on the Federation Starbase 74. According to our sources, Late Sunday evening, a modified Dominion Attack Fighter decloaked outside of Starbase 74.

Immediately after it decloaked, it used a Borg type transporter to teleport an explosive charge, equal to about 5 quantom torpedoes, near the Starbase 74 core. The explosion severely damaged the station. Main power is off-line, and secondary power is faulty. We're waiting on Ops to get a repair team out here
to help assess the damage.

Sources believe the attacker to be Robert Beltran, a known terrorist. He was most recently involved in the kidnapping plot involving Admirals Riker and Matrix's wife and daughter, which Starfleet later rescued from the Breen.

The ship he used is of Dominion origan, and he has apparently added a cloak, Borg type technology, and a transwarp drive. Sources went on to call this terrorist very dangerous and to report to authorities if spotted.
