Epsilon Prime — The Maquis government has placed itself on full alert for a possible attack by the unknown assasin. In addition to mobilizing their border forces, Maquis officials expressed their sympathy for those victims allready hit by the assasin.

The Maquis Government would like to express our deepest sympathys to the Bajorian government and would also like to express our sincere hope the First Minister makes a quick and full recovery from this incident.

We've placed our border weapon platforms on full alert. Should this dasterdly criminal approach our border they will be detained and returned to the Bajorian government for what one hopes would be a swift trial. As well, our borders have now been put on Alert Status 5. Which means that any vessle, not cleared for access to our space, will be immediately warned as it approaches our space. Upon recieveing said warning our weapon platforms will immediately arm and take aim. If any non-cleared vessle crosses over 10km within our borders it will be fired upon.

Races that we have diplomatic relations with will have their vessles cleared once Space Station Nebula 1, or Gateway Station, reviews their flightplans. These steps are due to the increasing hostilities taking place just outside our space and is active as of the transmission of this message.
