Shipping Information

Shipping Methods:

United States and Canada: UPS (United Parcel Service) ground is the default shipper used by Lunar-Link Systems. UPS Orange (3 day), Blue (2 day) and Red (next day) can also be used at additional cost. Please call or e-mail Lunar-Link Systems for current shipping cost to your location. Other shippers such as Fed-Ex Ground, Fed-Ex Air or DHL can be used at the customers request.

International: UPS (United Parcel Service) Worldwide Expedited is normally used. Please call or e-mail Lunar-Link Systems for current shipping cost to your country.

Other shippers such as Fed-Ex, Emery or DHL can be used. It may be more economical to arrange and pay for shipping in your own country and schedule a pickup at Lunar-Link Systems. Express Mail (EMS) can be used for shipping small lightweight items such as 3CX800A7 tubes. Be sure to check the allowed insurance value for your country. Air Parcel Post is the lowest cost and can be used for small items such as parts, however insurance value is very limited and not recommended for sending expensive items.

Domestic UPS: When figuring cost each package is calculated separately. For example when a LA-72A and PS-70D would be priced as the cost of a 29 lb... package + cost of a 22 lb.. package + cost of a 50 lb.. package. Note that there is a higher cost for residential deliveries and delivery surcharges for remote areas. When using 3, 2 or 1 day shipping be sure to use the dimensional weight of each package (L x W x H divided by 194 or actual weight whichever is greater).

Dimensions are rounded up to the higher whole inch. For example a LA-72A and PS-70D would be 30 lb. (dimensional) + 22 lb. +60 lb. The shipment would be priced based on 112 lb.. total dimensional weight.
